suggestion is silly, then you have really begun to step into a new way. If you giggle or chuckle at this suggestion, you
have been successfully practicing all that we have previously spoken together. This is what we are asking of you:
Choose one or all of these: Go skipping, dare to go skipping when no one is watching. Not just one or two
steps, but really skipping. And while skipping, put out your arms, open them wide. Give it a try.
Or, in a large enough space, open your arms wide so that they are straight outward. Move them around and up
and down. Now you are going to giggle… and pretend that you are flying yourself, that you are an airplane. Perhaps
you will make some noise as if the sound of an engine? If you are unable to walk or run, and are sitting in a chair,
you can still go forth in this manner. You will, as you say, figure it out! Or, with your arms open wide, turn and then
twirl about. If you are led to the first, then for forth within the second manner; if you are led to the second, then go
forth with the first. This, of course, is greatly silly. Yet hear these words, if you would really do this, if you would really
let go and go forth in this manner, you will begin to feel a slight freedom. It is a guarantee.
Or, find two objects that are creatures; that is, either two stuffed animals (so to speak), or two toys that are
representations of beings, or even a drawing that you will make of any of these ones. Once you have them – and
you may require yourself to purchase them – create a story about them. Cause them to speak to each other.
Perhaps this creation is but a portion of a story, but it is a story that you have not heard before. It is your own
creation.
