6. For Nourishment
Our beloved beings, when we come forth to speak with you in this manner, our sole purpose is to
assist you to not only recognize the real nourishment in your own lives, but also to assist you to
recognize the Truth of who you are. And even though you have heard those words again and again in
what you call “over the years”, you are just now beginning to have an inkling of what resides within
your very own selves, resting underneath that persona that has until now, defined your very hopes
and dreams.
As the frequencies upon earth change and expand, there are those who will naturally cling on to the
most familiar ways not only of living, but also to the most familiar of themselves. That is, if you have
been accustomed to knowing yourself as a healer, then it would seem most difficult to let go of that
identity. Does that mean that you are no longer a healer? On the contrary, it means that you are who
you are… and you can choose to experience the glory of that which you are through the avenue of
healer. You are not surrendering all that you have developed, all that you find most endearing of your
own abilities and capabilities; you are simply choosing to be more, more of who you are. Are you clear
upon this awareness?
You are feeling less than rejuvenated within those familiar avenues and, in truth, you are yearning for
the more of who you are. Of course we have spoken these words to you previously, yet we are
speaking them again. Why? Because, our beloved beings, you are now at what could be called a cross-
roads. What do we mean by those words? In this manner do we speak.
It is as if you have been living in a village for many of your years and during those years, you have
explored every nook and cranny, every pathway, every relationship, every friendship, and every
manner of experiencing yourself within the village. You have heard the call, felt the yearning to
explore another village, another pathway, another journey; yet the village is so very familiar. You might
say that you have become comfortable within your village. You have become so comfortable that you
could, in a manner of speaking, walk through your day, through your village, with your eyes closed.
Still, you think, this is comfortable.
Even when your attempts to change the nature of your village have not been successful, you have
reasoned away the inability to manifest your dreams. Perhaps, you have reasoned, it is the times;
perhaps it is the nature of the village and the people who reside in the village; perhaps we all have to
be focusing on the same thing, the same dream; perhaps I am not doing something right. Yet the one
primary reason has eluded your thinking… until now. Now you are not only ready to hear the truth, you
are ready to place yourself within it and breathe it into the fabric of your being. Why? Because,
beloved ones, you can no longer sleep through your walk in the village. You can no longer try to
explain your frustrations at inabilities to manifest fulfillment. And, you can no longer wait… wait for
something, anything to change, when it is you that is begging to change.
The truth, of course, is obvious to you now. It is time to leave your village. It is time to go forth and
discover a new path, a new journey, a new village, a new mountain, a new sea, a new exploration. What
does all of this really mean? It means that it is time to become more. It is time for you to be more of
who you really are and your thinking will not deliver to you the answers. Only experience within your
next phase, your next journey, will deliver to you newness of being. Newness of being. What is that,
you might be asking?
Within you there reside all of the facets of your own being, all of the manners of experiencing who
you are, all of the manners of abilities and capabilities. You have developed many of your abilities, it is
true. Yet there are so many more to explore. Your new journeys, your new daring will deliver to you
those experiences that will call forth the more of who you are, the more of your own abilities, the more
of the Truth that resides within you.
You have many stories, histories, and fables of great beings, of gods, of those ones who could
determine the next stepping before they placed their feet thereupon . Who do you think those beings
are?
There are those beings about whom have been written, great stories of great leaders, of great healers,
of great dancers, of great musicians, of great explorers, of those who could discern portals to other
realms and physically step into those portals and journey… and then return. Physically. That is, their
entire being did then enter the portal; not only with their consciousness did they journey. Who are
those beings?
There are those beings of whom there have been histories written on papyrus hidden until a time when
the readers and listeners of those words could truly hear what was being spoken. They speak of
beings who could gather the people to them, speak words of wisdom and love and truth, and upon
hearing them, the peoples would weep and in their weeping they would be healed, they would awaken,
and they would rejoice. They speak of beings who could call forth the rivers in the desert, call forth
trees to bear fruit, call forth bread from the breath of the earth, call forth the rains and the sun, call
forth the creatures, call forth the children to teach all to play, call forth the lovers to teach those who
hate that there resides deep within them a great love, call forth the ancient ones to appear for the
increasing of vibrations, call forth paradise in such a manner that the lost souls could not only find the
entry-way, but step through it and into glorious freedom to be real once again. They are beings who
command peace by their very presence, a presence that dispels greed and the fear which produces
greed. They are the beings who can look into the eyes of those who plunder and bring horrors to the
innocent, and with that one look could they cause weeping from the plunderer, weeping as if that one
was seeing his loving mother for the first time. There are those ones who journeyed from other realms
and other planets and other worlds, journeyed to earth for the glory of entering her and journeying into
the great Land Within. And there are those who have birthed upon earth and awakened for the sole
purpose of anchoring that called awakening within physicality.
The histories reveal the nature and the identity of these beings. Who are they? Hear these words, oh
beloved beings of light: they are you. You. And when we say those words, we are not saying that one
of you is spoken of in this manner, while another is spoken of in another manner. We are saying
clearly, all is spoken of each one. Of you. All is spoken of you. Do you hear those words? This is not a
fable. This is Truth.
When you have read novels or seen movies which portray great beings, you have felt your heart swell,
you have felt yourself wish, perhaps, that “it could be that way now”. It can. It is. The only ingredient
that is necessary for such a fulfillment is your choice, your daring to enter a new manner of being, a
new journey, a new discovery of your very own self.
And you might be saying, “I don’t know which way to go. I don’t know what to choose. I don’t know what
to do.” No, you do not. Why? You have become most familiar with this facet of who you are. This facet
knows only how to be in the village where it has resided for a very long time. We are not criticizing you,
of course not. We are simply speaking the Truth in such a manner that you feel a call, a pull, a wish
perhaps, a desire to go forth, to try something new, to journey into exploration.
And when you feel the call, the pull, the wish, the desire, then all that is necessary is your choice to go
forth. Yes, we have spoken with you in this manner previously. Yet in this day, in this speaking, we are
clearly stating to you: you can no longer remain comfortable in your sleep-walking. You can no longer
put off daring to follow your inner urging. You can no longer believe that the success that calls to you
is for someone else. You can no longer refuse to recognize your own inner glory. And, beloved ones,
you can no longer refuse to fulfill your purposes to your own self. You are an amazing being, of this we
are most certain. Is it not the time, the moment, the breath within which to discover this for yourself?
Is it not time for you to dare to step into the unknown?
You believe this next phase will be so challenging that you will not have the energy for it, that you will
not be able to go forth. You believe this, our beloved ones, because you have been struggling,
struggling in your staid manner of being. And your struggle has taken your strength, your vigor, your
ability to know in the moment which way to go, which choice is most joyful. Yet you can and will be
replenished. You can and will discover that your new journey will not require of you, but will give to
you. Do you see? You are basing a possible experience upon the depleted manner of the past.
Hear these words: we would never invite you into such a state of being. We are of Truth, we are of
Light, we are of Love; love for you. We come forth to give to you the knowing of a new way, a new
avenue, a new experience of the more of who you are.
Some might be wondering, “Does this mean that I must move, change geographical location?” To
which we would say, there are no “musts”… yet, if you are asking such a question, are you really asking
yourself to be brave enough to not only consider changing geographical locations, but also to consider
that you are a journeyer? That you will continue to journey? Or, are you asking permission to move to
that location that has been calling you for years? Whenever you have such a question, “does this
mean…”, ask yourself what is your real desire within the question. Pause for a moment, breathe
deeply, and ask yourself, “What is my desire?”
If you do not hear an answer, if nothing comes to you, then know that you have been residing within
your village, your most familiar village. That is all right. There is nothing wrong about what you have
been doing. Yet you do want an answer. Of course you do. Do not ask anyone to answer for you,
beloved one. Ask yourself again, change the manner in asking. Ask yourself what would be the most
outrageous choice? Ask yourself what would be the most enjoyable? Continue in this manner until you
have set aside the familiar village; until there is perhaps a slight inkling of a hope or dream, until there
is a slight ‘membrance of something that you wanted to do perhaps years ago, or until there is a tickle
inside of you that causes you to laugh a little and then to laugh more… because you know what you will
do. You know. You might find yourself saying to yourself, “They will not believe that I am going to do
this!” Who will not believe? The people of your village, your most familiar manner of experiencing your
very own self. And that is what you say in your slang vocabulary, “right on!” Yes, it is most appropriate
that your new choice would seem quite foreign to those who currently know you. Some might try to talk
you out of your choice, but you will be so very filled with joy that you will not be able to let it go. And
that, our beloved one, says that you have already begun your new journey.
You see, you have been waiting for this opportunity. You have been hoping for this opportunity. And
you have been trying to manifest the fulfillment of this opportunity as if inserting it into the past. Now
you know. You have heard these words and within them are those frequencies to assist you to go
forth. Again and again will we speak with you… until you are ready to enter into the next glorious phase
of exploring who you really are.
Yet we add these words: never before have you manifested in this manner. All the old histories of your
greatness have been spoken concerning the near-physical. The histories have been written not of the
past, but of what was called future times. The great stories were written for you, for you to know now;
not of who you have been, but more so, of who you are. And now you are incarnate during a most
magnificent time: your time. There can be the words spoken that this is called the Grande Awakening.
And while such speaking is true, it is our intent to bring to you the awareness that it is YOUR grande
awakening. Many have been thinking that such an awakening describes what has been called the
sleeping masses; yet we say to you most empathetically: the sleeping masses reflect to you the village
and its comfortability. The awakening that you wish for them is your own projected awakening. Hear
these words: this is YOUR grande awakening. Awaken! Dare! Discover the more of who you are!
We are with you always, assisting you, loving you, and bring to you the Truth of that which you are. We
will continue until each one has dared to shed the persona of the past, has dared to step from the
comfortable village, and has discovered the glory in the next phase of magnificent unfoldment.
Fear not for your not knowing. Recognizing that you do not know… that is, you do not know what to do,
where to go, how to change… is the first step in choosing to go forth. We celebrate this first step in
your new journey. Perhaps you will also.
In addition, we would speak concerning this next phase and how you may choose to venture into that
which is called the further discovery of who you really are. You are most accustomed to action; that is,
the kind of action that you believe will deliver to you your intended results, your intended goals. And,
of course, you would reside in this manner because the nature of cause and effect has led you to
believe, as we have spoken previously, that to effort will bring you results. And in some instances you
have proven this belief to be true. And while there is nothing wrong with efforting to bring an intended
result, this next phase requires a different focus, a different manner of being.
Remember, you are a whole being; that is, you are much more than your physical body, much more than
your mind and thinking capacities, much more than your intuition, and much more than the energies
flowing within all of these parts of your being. You are a whole being. What does that mean?
When we say that you are a whole being, we are speaking of the entirety of that which you are as it
does reside within the core of creation, as your full patterns and encodings do reside within the core of
creation; those patterns through which the essence of life itself does flow forth to gather the
wholeness of you and to delivery it within the parameters in which you are currently residing; that is, in
physical form as you call forth the electromagnetic frequencies which take form according to the
parameters within which you currently reside and choose to reside.
As you have become aware, you are continually forming and unforming. Even in this moment you are
taking form and releasing form. That is, the essence that comprises that which you are forms according
to its wholeness of being as it flows through your encodings as they reside within the core of creation,
flows forth and forms to your fullest manner according to your beliefs, intentions, and ability to
incarnate and remain in physical. Then, once you have formed, the unforming begins. That is, the
releasing of that which has formed to its fullest capacity. With each forming and unforming, the pulse
beat of your life force, does carry the intent to fully form as the wholeness that you are.
As you have become more conscious in your residing within physicality, you have come to recognize
that there are certain capabilities with regard to forming within the physical that would benefit you, if
you could understand them more clearly and then, you believe, if you could harness the direction of
those capabilities. For example, many of you are well aware that your physical nature has certain
abilities to regenerate. And as you have become more curious concerning the seeming limitation of
regeneration, you have discovered that you could, with intent and clear focusing, affect that
regeneration. However, you have also discovered and rightly concluded that there is something
missing in the understanding and in the process of regeneration.
The answer to all that is missing resides within your recognizing and then incarnating the wholeness of
all that you are and are becoming. And it is within this next phase of your journey of discovery that you
are called – by your own yearning to be the more of who you are – to open to the full knowing of all that
you have been seeking.
Again, for example, in order to participate within the full regeneration of your physical nature, the first
missing ingredient is the recognizing that the physical is the manifesting of that which occurs in the
forming of your essence according to your capabilities to maintain the full electromagnetic frequencies
of that which you are. And you might be asking, what do I need to do in order to be able to incarnate
the fullness, the wholeness of all that I am? And if this is your question, we would resoundingly
congratulate you!
The answer is this. Though your mind wants to know what to do, and rightly so, it is more so the spirit
of that which you are, the spirit or life force that resides within the totality of you; totality being your
physical, mental, spiritual, auric, etheric, emotional bodies as well as the histories within which you
have resided ever since you first took form and journeyed forth into realms, worlds, and eventually to
earth and its density of matter. And you might be thinking or feeling that such an incarnating is an
impossibility; yet we say to you, this next phase of your journey invites more than possibility; it invites
your full incarnating.
In answer to what you can do, we say, beloved ones, dare. Dare to be fulfilled. Dare to receive. Dare to
choose for your own fulfillment. Dare to go forth into the exploration of that which you have been
yearning for perhaps years… or lifetimes. Dare to cease the battles. Dare to declare your freedom
from the past and your delight in the present. Ask yourself, your entire being to deliver to you Truth;
that is, sit quietly and ask your inner core what is your joy, your play, your delight, your freedom from
efforting toward something that has never truly manifested according to your highest dreams and
wishes. Ask yourself if you are willing to let go of the olde manners of being. Ask yourself if you are
ready to enter a new adventure within which you will again and again discover who you are not. Ask
yourself if you are willing and ready to play when your mind tells you that survival demands work.
Ask yourself if you are ready to dare to discover, each day, each moment, the real you, the entire you,
the wholeness that has been flowing forth each and every pulse beat and forms to its greatest fullness
according to your parameters, to your beliefs, to your mind’s understanding of the totality of Truth.
Ask yourself if you are willing and ready to be truly fulfilled, so very fulfilled that you must laugh at the
joy of its reality. Ask yourself, our beloved one, if you are ready to explore your full abilities and
capabilities, to allow your discoveries to lead you into the very center of this journey within this next
phase. Ask yourself if you are ready to allow your forming and unforming. Allow.
We say this most emphatically to you: your most natural manner of being and residing in the fullness of
all that you are, in the fullness of your magnificent abilities, in the fullness of your most natural manner
of fully regenerating, in the fullness of a grande manner of experiencing your journey… is automatic.
Hear those words. The “doing” on your part, so to speak, is letting go of seeming control and allowing
the fullness of who you are to form, to be. And though your mind may have many questions upon those
statements, the truth remains that you are now and always have been a magnificent being. The truth
remains that you are now and always have been an explorer, an adventurer. And now, within this next
phase, you are asking of yourself to continue within your adventure.
And we say to you: go forth! Discover! It is our intention to assist you in daring to go forth, beloved
ones. With each speaking, do we imbue these words with the frequencies of Truth. And each time you
read these words, do we assist you to expand your full knowing… beyond what your mind can
understand. Remember, you are much more than your mind. Remember, Truth is more than your mind’
s view. Remember, All that you are forms naturally, automatically… the more that you let go, let go of
olde beliefs, olde patterns, then the more that you are able to allow your forming.
And we say to you, isn’t that most magnificent? Then, aren’t you a most magnificent being? By reading
these words, you must be now ready to agree, to know of your own magnificence, to feel deep inside
that there is emerging from that which you have been, a full being, a whole being, the real being, the
real you. It is a correct feeling. Your emerging is a reality. And we are most pleased to be participating
with you in this manner.

sleeping masses; yet we say to you most empathetically: the sleeping masses reflect to you the village
and its comfortability. The awakening that you wish for them is your own projected awakening. Hear
these words: this is YOUR grande awakening. Awaken! Dare! Discover the more of who you are!
We are with you always, assisting you, loving you, and bring to you the Truth of that which you are. We
will continue until each one has dared to shed the persona of the past, has dared to step from the
comfortable village, and has discovered the glory in the next phase of magnificent unfoldment.
Fear not for your not knowing. Recognizing that you do not know… that is, you do not know what to do,
where to go, how to change… is the first step in choosing to go forth. We celebrate this first step in
your new journey. Perhaps you will also.
In addition, we would speak concerning this next phase and how you may choose to venture into that
which is called the further discovery of who you really are. You are most accustomed to action; that is,
the kind of action that you believe will deliver to you your intended results, your intended goals. And,
of course, you would reside in this manner because the nature of cause and effect has led you to
believe, as we have spoken previously, that to effort will bring you results. And in some instances you
have proven this belief to be true. And while there is nothing wrong with efforting to bring an intended
result, this next phase requires a different focus, a different manner of being.
Remember, you are a whole being; that is, you are much more than your physical body, much more than
your mind and thinking capacities, much more than your intuition, and much more than the energies
flowing within all of these parts of your being. You are a whole being. What does that mean?
When we say that you are a whole being, we are speaking of the entirety of that which you are as it
does reside within the core of creation, as your full patterns and encodings do reside within the core of
creation; those patterns through which the essence of life itself does flow forth to gather the
wholeness of you and to delivery it within the parameters in which you are currently residing; that is, in
physical form as you call forth the electromagnetic frequencies which take form according to the
parameters within which you currently reside and choose to reside.
As you have become aware, you are continually forming and unforming. Even in this moment you are
taking form and releasing form. That is, the essence that comprises that which you are forms according
to its wholeness of being as it flows through your encodings as they reside within the core of creation,
flows forth and forms to your fullest manner according to your beliefs, intentions, and ability to
incarnate and remain in physical. Then, once you have formed, the unforming begins. That is, the
releasing of that which has formed to its fullest capacity. With each forming and unforming, the pulse
beat of your life force, does carry the intent to fully form as the wholeness that you are.
As you have become more conscious in your residing within physicality, you have come to recognize
that there are certain capabilities with regard to forming within the physical that would benefit you, if
you could understand them more clearly and then, you believe, if you could harness the direction of
those capabilities. For example, many of you are well aware that your physical nature has certain
abilities to regenerate. And as you have become more curious concerning the seeming limitation of
regeneration, you have discovered that you could, with intent and clear focusing, affect that
regeneration. However, you have also discovered and rightly concluded that there is something
missing in the understanding and in the process of regeneration.
The answer to all that is missing resides within your recognizing and then incarnating the wholeness of
all that you are and are becoming. And it is within this next phase of your journey of discovery that you
are called – by your own yearning to be the more of who you are – to open to the full knowing of all that
you have been seeking.
Again, for example, in order to participate within the full regeneration of your physical nature, the first
missing ingredient is the recognizing that the physical is the manifesting of that which occurs in the
forming of your essence according to your capabilities to maintain the full electromagnetic frequencies
of that which you are. And you might be asking, what do I need to do in order to be able to incarnate
the fullness, the wholeness of all that I am? And if this is your question, we would resoundingly
congratulate you!
The answer is this. Though your mind wants to know what to do, and rightly so, it is more so the spirit
of that which you are, the spirit or life force that resides within the totality of you; totality being your
physical, mental, spiritual, auric, etheric, emotional bodies as well as the histories within which you
have resided ever since you first took form and journeyed forth into realms, worlds, and eventually to
earth and its density of matter. And you might be thinking or feeling that such an incarnating is an
impossibility; yet we say to you, this next phase of your journey invites more than possibility; it invites
your full incarnating.
In answer to what you can do, we say, beloved ones, dare. Dare to be fulfilled. Dare to receive. Dare to
choose for your own fulfillment. Dare to go forth into the exploration of that which you have been
yearning for perhaps years… or lifetimes. Dare to cease the battles. Dare to declare your freedom
from the past and your delight in the present. Ask yourself, your entire being to deliver to you Truth;
that is, sit quietly and ask your inner core what is your joy, your play, your delight, your freedom from
efforting toward something that has never truly manifested according to your highest dreams and
wishes. Ask yourself if you are willing to let go of the olde manners of being. Ask yourself if you are
ready to enter a new adventure within which you will again and again discover who you are not. Ask
yourself if you are willing and ready to play when your mind tells you that survival demands work.
Ask yourself if you are ready to dare to discover, each day, each moment, the real you, the entire you,
the wholeness that has been flowing forth each and every pulse beat and forms to its greatest fullness
according to your parameters, to your beliefs, to your mind’s understanding of the totality of Truth.
Ask yourself if you are willing and ready to be truly fulfilled, so very fulfilled that you must laugh at the
joy of its reality. Ask yourself, our beloved one, if you are ready to explore your full abilities and
capabilities, to allow your discoveries to lead you into the very center of this journey within this next
phase. Ask yourself if you are ready to allow your forming and unforming. Allow.
We say this most emphatically to you: your most natural manner of being and residing in the fullness of
all that you are, in the fullness of your magnificent abilities, in the fullness of your most natural manner
of fully regenerating, in the fullness of a grande manner of experiencing your journey… is automatic.
Hear those words. The “doing” on your part, so to speak, is letting go of seeming control and allowing
the fullness of who you are to form, to be. And though your mind may have many questions upon those
statements, the truth remains that you are now and always have been a magnificent being. The truth
remains that you are now and always have been an explorer, an adventurer. And now, within this next
phase, you are asking of yourself to continue within your adventure.
And we say to you: go forth! Discover! It is our intention to assist you in daring to go forth, beloved
ones. With each speaking, do we imbue these words with the frequencies of Truth. And each time you
read these words, do we assist you to expand your full knowing… beyond what your mind can
understand. Remember, you are much more than your mind. Remember, Truth is more than your mind’
s view. Remember, All that you are forms naturally, automatically… the more that you let go, let go of
olde beliefs, olde patterns, then the more that you are able to allow your forming.
And we say to you, isn’t that most magnificent? Then, aren’t you a most magnificent being? By reading
these words, you must be now ready to agree, to know of your own magnificence, to feel deep inside
that there is emerging from that which you have been, a full being, a whole being, the real being, the
real you. It is a correct feeling. Your emerging is a reality. And we are most pleased to be participating
with you in this manner.
