This is the speaking of what is called Expanded Consciousness as it flows forth through this vessel to be received
by you who read these words.  According to your capabilities in expanding your own consciousness to dare to enter
the seeming unknown and explore Truth that it become known, do we flow forth into physicality.  We are not a
personality, but more so, we are simply frequencies which carry the entirety of All That Is into your physical realm.  

  It is our intention to speak with you of Truth in such a way that you will be able to expand your own personal
awareness of what is and of Truth, and in so doing will you place yourselves within a new vibrational frequency, one
that will allow you to be more of who you are.

  As you become more of who you are and release the patterns of that which you have believed you are, the cause
and effect within your personal and planetary experiences will shift and change.   It is now time for such a shift and
change.  That which you have called the Grand Awakening is at hand; that is, the multitudes are increasingly ready
for what they call “something else” and it is this readiness that calls forth more expanded ways of experiencing Truth.

  You who read these words have already synchronized and integrated a new consciousness.  You can prove this to
yourself simply by reflecting upon how you have changed your way of living and interpreting what occurs about you.  
If you were to reflect upon the last ten years of your living, you would easily recognize the many beliefs and false
personas you have released as they became more restrictive to your own ever-expanding consciousness.  All this is
not to say that “you have arrived”; more so, we are simply stating that you are ready to hear the words that we are
preparing in this moment to speak.

  You might be wondering what words would come forth from that which we call ourselves, Expanded
Consciousness.  Within the words and the nature of the rhythm of the words, there reside vibrational frequencies
which are designed to assist you in your becoming aware again of those beliefs and personas that are now
restrictive and non-productive in your journey within the knowing of who you are.  Because of your current abilities to
receive and integrate some of the most expanded frequencies and truths, we are most certain that you will enjoy
what we offer here.  Then we will proceed.

  The vibrational frequencies of Truth continue to expand outward from itself.  You might be wondering why such
frequencies would continue in this manner and not, for example, alternately expand and then contract.  To which we
would say, the nature of Truth is to become.  As some have spoken the words, Truth is; and we would add the
words, and is always becoming.

  As the waves of expanding Truth enter physicality, there is a shift in the frequencies in order to flow forth in its
fullest capacity and also continue to allow those who receive such frequencies to remain incarnate.  For some, it has
been noted, the incarnating of such frequencies had caused them to release physicality, reform and return.  Though
to others, that experience may seem to be exciting, those who did experience such releasing of their own incarnation
found it to be most disconcerting as there was an interruption in their own living.  Since those beginning times, the
manner of incarnating Truth has changed, as this speaking gives evidence.  You needn’t be concerned for your own
dissolving of being.  We have arranged our frequencies to align to your most expanded manner, as you are in this
moment.

  In the beginning of your own journey through physical living, you became aware of your own nature, of your own
manner of thinking, and more so, of your own Truth as it did flow through your consciousness.  You were pleased at
such awareness and cherished it, nourished it, and eventually learned how to allow it to expand of itself.  Some of
you have lived hundreds of lives within physicality, while others have incarnated for this their first time.  Yet all have
in one manner or another, journeyed through consciousness and arrived at this moment.  The journey through
consciousness is the journey.  Do you know this to be true?  Are you aware that your entire exploration is for the
purpose of becoming more and more conscious of Truth unhampered by limited beliefs?

  While your beliefs have been necessary during the first few phases of your living, it is now that you may discover
their current cumbersome nature.  This next phase of your journey will provide for you opportunities to begin to
reside without the need of your mind to determine a belief within which to reside.  When this occurs, you will be free
of the previous patterns of all that you have been and all that you have believed yourself to be.

  You might be wondering who you will be?  Though these words are spoken “you will be who you have always
been, free to explore the Truth of the you”, it is your own experience that will lead you to such knowing.  And you are
asked, even in this moment, if you would simply be and consider yourself being… without a name or a certain way of
living which defines for you your identity.  Perhaps you have been accustomed to viewing yourself as a teacher, as a
healer, as an artist, or in any similar manner which tells you that you are what you do.  There are those who have
journeyed before you and have suggested that you are not what you do, and they have given to many an avenue
toward freedom and the delight in creating an identity within which to reside.  And while that has proven to be useful
within your journey, it is now time to release such concepts.

  Truth in its Expanded Manner says that you are light and the frequencies of light.  Truth says that you are all
manners of taking form and releasing form.  Truth says that you are the dance before its own steppings.  Truth says
that you are the known traveling through the concept of unknown to become incarnate as the All-Knowing, the Living
Truth.  Truth says that you are the embodiment of those you have created to be God, to be Savior, to be Holy, and
to be the Last Word in the search for Truth.  Within your journey, you have again and again projected forth your
own magnificence within a belief or religion, and then you have bowed down to such a projection all the while telling
yourself that you were less than such a being/projection.  You then created avenues toward those projections in the
hopes that you would one day be good enough or holy enough to have the great gift of residing beside or within
such projections.  While this manner is not one that we would ridicule, it is a manner that has now come to be a
hampering of your ability to recognize that you are that magnificence.  You have created many stories of those holy
ones, making them Divine and yourself but human.  Yet Truth says that you are that magnificence and need not
form yourself in any manner to prove that which you are.

  You are now ready to expand further in recognizing your own magnificence and such expanding will necessarily
require you to set aside the beliefs within which you have placed such magnificence, such holiness, and such godly
all-knowing.  By setting aside such beliefs, you are actually achieving the impossible as it resided within those
beliefs.  Truth says that you have formed yourself, physically and ethereally, according to those created limitations;
and it is your time now to mold yourself as you choose.  By the words mold yourself, we are speaking of not only
your persona but more so, your physical body.  Many have viewed the physical body as that which holds the spirit;
yet Truth says that the physical body has always been meant to be a vibrational frequency through which totality
incarnates and holds itself ready for your use.  Perhaps you would consider those words just spoken once again.

   You have created stories within which masters and magicians perform amazing feats which change the nature of
the physical, which at times have caused realms to overlap and become malleable to the will of those masters or
magicians.  Yet Truth says that you are capable of much more than that of which you have written as fiction.  Within
such capabilities, there is no need for war or competition for rulership; your simple choice residing within the
frequencies of Truth causes the realm in which you reside to form to your choosing.  You might be thinking that a
million people choosing and a million formings would be most chaotic.  However, that is not the case.  Within Truth,
there is one forming, one choosing, one celebration.  Within the million, there resides a million ways to experience
the one forming, one choosing, one celebration; yet there still resides One.

  You have worked very hard at becoming a unique individual and much to your credit, you have succeeded in
many areas.  Yet at times you have created against that which is, as if you are stating clearly what you are not.  This
is similar to your negative in photography.  Now is the time for a different way, a way that will lead you into the
freedom to explore, to be, and to continue to expand in all ways.  What is the new way?

  It is actually not new at all.  It is the real you emerging from the stuff of creative play.  You have played within a
playground that has suited your needs until now.  You have discovered certain abilities, you have enjoyed your
choices and the results of those choices; however, you have come to reside within the moment some call “the in-
between”.  This manner of vibrating, of being, is actually the recognizing of a fulfillment of purpose within your
journey.  And within such recognizing, you have found that you could turn ‘round and ‘round and still not know what
to do next.  There are many who will read these words and smile perhaps at the familiarity of what is being spoken.  
And the answer to what will I do next? is to begin by setting aside those beliefs you have taken to yourself, even
within your own awakenings.  You might think of the in-between as a dressing room wherein you remove that which
you have been wearing so that you may step into your true identity, your true magnificence, your true fulfillment.  
Within this dressing room, you needn’t make your image to be any way whatsoever.  You needn’t think ahead to how
you will be, how you will speak, how you will present yourself.  Within this dressing room, you can experience the first
taste of freedom… freedom from and freedom to be.

  Many who read these words might cause themselves to refrain from attending those social engagements which
seemingly require them to be who they were, who they have chosen to leave hanging on the wall of the in-between.  
Though this may all seem to be miniscule and insignificant, it is the most significant action that you can be taking
toward stepping in to your most expanded state, your most expanded consciousness, your ever-expanding knowing
of self.  Perhaps you will read these words once again and begin?  And we will speak with you again with those
frequencies which will assist you in the next phase of this journey for which you have been waiting… ever since you
realized that Truth is and that it is like a magnet to your being, to your mind, your heart, your spirit.  And it is there,
within Truth, that we await you until such time as we speak again in this manner.
