81, Troutdale, VA 24378. If you are paying  by  credit card through Paypal,
simply tell us the date you made your payment.  

Or Order Via Email - Simply email us  and let us know what you are
ordering.  Either mail your check (or  money order) or make your payment
via credit card through Paypal (see below).  Be sure to put your email
address and mailing name and address in the text of your email.

3. Shipping & Handling Costs:  
Note: when ordering only the Continued Balance, add $1.00 for shipping.
For orders totalling up to $25.00 add $3.50 to your order total
$26.00 - $50.00 add  $5.00 to your order total
$51.00 - $75.00 add  $7.50 to your order total
